3 years of continuous management of disposal function of IT devices with emphasis on data security

15+ projects completed

Multiple locations across the USA serviced

This client is one of the largest dialysis services providers in the United States. It operates 240 dialysis clinics in 27 states and Washington D.C. and serves more than 17,300 patients with end-stage renal disease in partnership with approximately 400 best local nephrologists.

A widespread network of medical locations makes it complicated to organize and streamline a fast disposal process. The company was looking for a single vendor to cover their needs whenever they arise. The company occasionally needs onĀsite HDD removal, equipment audit services as well as sorting and returning leased equipment back to HO.

We remove all the types of IT assets from their head office in MA, with its future compliant destruction. Whenever a client needs removal from different medical locations, we also bring all the processes under one roof and guarantee the white glove logistics and compliant disposal all across the country.

Mission Reuse, whenever and wherever customer requires, performs the white glove removal, packing, palletizing of technology assets and freight to the Mission Reuse location where it is processed, audited, sorted, leased or reusable assets are returned to HO, reports are created, and whatever is left, compliantly destroyed.
